CIVIL Law Intake Form – Please Read Before Proceeding

We accept only a limited number of matters so that each case receives our full attention and a tailored approach. If your case meets our criteria for review, we welcome the opportunity to assist.

Fee Structure

We require a $10,000 retainer, paid in full and up front, before any legal work begins. We recognize that the vast majority of civil disputes fall below this threshold - and we are not the right fit for most cases. Our team invests significant time, research, and energy into each matter we select. We require a similar level of commitment from our clients.

Attorney rate: $350/hour
Paralegal rate: $150/hour

Work is billed hourly against your retainer. Any unused funds are refunded at the conclusion of your case. If the retainer is depleted during the course of representation, we will notify you and request additional funds before proceeding.

Consultation Policy

We do not offer free consultations. If your case is selected for further review, we offer a one-hour paid consultation for $350, due at the time of scheduling.

If your case is accepted by our firm, you will be required to promptly provide certain documents for financial disclosure. These documents must be organized and complete to comply with discovery obligations and to avoid delays or sanctions.

Required documentation includes (but is not limited to):

Bank statements from ALL relevant accounts going back multiple years
Text messages of conversations with key parties and witnesses
Other documents as requested

These documents must be submitted in a readable, non-duplicated, and labeled format. Unorganized or incomplete submissions may cause delays or result in additional fees.
