Consultation
We provide a complimentary initial phone consultation to briefly review the essentials of your case and determine if we are the right firm to represent you.

How We Bill
If we accept your case, we handle representation on a flat-fee basis for predictability and focus. The full flat fee is required upfront before we begin work. We do not offer payment plans. This structure allows us to dedicate our full attention to your defense without distractions.

Fee Schedule

Class C Misdemeanors — $1,750

Example of Class C Misdemeanor: A commercial truck driver charged with a moving violation who needs an ideal outcome to protect their license.

Class A or B Misdemeanors — $5,000

Examples of Class A or B Misdemeanors: DWI, Assault Family Violence, Possession of a Dangerous Drug

State Jail Felonies & 3rd Degree Felonies — $7,500

Examples of state jail felonies and third degree felonies: Possession of methamphetamine less than 1g, aggravated theft, felony DWI

2nd Degree & 1st Degree Felonies — $10,000–$15,000 Quoted individually after consultation based on charge, complexity, and circumstances

What's Included in the Flat Fee
These fees cover all pre-trial representation, including case investigation, strategy development, plea negotiations, motion practice, and preparation for hearings and court appearances. This resolves 99% of criminal cases in Texas.

Trial Fees
Should your case proceed to trial, a separate trial fee will apply. The vast majority of cases resolve before trial. If yours does not, we will discuss trial fees with you transparently and in detail before any trial preparation begins. This approach ensures clear expectations, undivided commitment, and premium representation from start to finish.
