We maintain a low-volume caseload so that each client receives personalized attention and dedicated support throughout what is often a highly sensitive and detail-intensive process.
Fee Structure
Our retainers for probate matters start at

Attorney rate
: $350/hour
Paralegal rate
: $150/hour
We bill hourly against the retainer. Any unused balance is refunded at the conclusion of the case. If the account is depleted during representation, we will notify you and request replenishment to continue work.
Consultation Policy
If your case is selected for further review, we offer a
one-hour paid consultation for $350
, due at the time of scheduling.
