Tax Disclaimer:

Pricing Confirmation:
I acknowledge that the fee for the Simple Estate Planning Package is $900 for an individual or $1,400 for a married couple.
Residency Confirmation: I confirm that I reside in Texas.
Service Scope:
I confirm that I am seeking a straightforward estate plan (simple will and basic powers of attorney) and do not require complex trust drafting or advanced estate/tax planning services.
High-Conflict Cases:
Please be advised that our firm is NOT the right fit for high-conflict estate planning. For example, if the person executing the will has been diagnosed with a dementia-type condition and/or a potential heir has expressed concerns about capacity of the person executing the will. High-conflict cases are especially common in blended families and between step-parents and step-children. We recommend high-conflict cases seek out special counsel in the DFW area by a board-certified estate planning attorney.
Our firm maintains a broad area of practice. When it comes to estate planning, the sole service we provide is designed and priced for simple, straightforward, zero-conflict cases only.
