Our firm designs estate plans for straightforward Texas situations. If your circumstances involve significant incapacity concerns, active family conflict, or an estate above the federal exemption, we will point you to a specialist better suited to your needs.
Our firm is not a CPA firm and does not provide tax advice. All fees are flat and posted on our Estate Planning page. Clay will recommend the right package at your consultation.
